a4 Asks – A Q&A With a4 Marketing Manager Rhoni Burt
a4 has a lot of talented and dedicated employees. To further get to know our staff, we are asking them some questions about their life in and out of work. This is “a4 Asks.”
Today we spoke with Rhoni Burt, marketing manager at a4. Rhoni is a project manager who handles local ad sales and marketing support for all of a4. She is based in Parkersburg, West Virginia. Here’s what she had to say:
Question: How long have you worked for a4?
Answer: I have been with Suddenlink Media going on six years. I’ve been with a4 since its inception this year.
Q: What is your favorite thing about your job?
A: My favorite thing is handling many tasks while delivering important projects and seeing our hard work come together.
Q: Tell us something not many people know about you?
A: I have a spare rib!
Q: What are your hobbies?
A: I like to swim, target shoot, spend time with family and of course drink wine.
Q: Who is a celebrity that you admire and why?
A: Helen Keller. I admire her quotes and how she overcame so many obstacles. “The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched – they must be felt with the heart.” “Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much.”
Q: Why do you think effective advertising is so important?
A: So many business spend so much money and yet have ineffective advertising plans. Effective advertising is important because ads help to keep the consumers informed about whatever new products or services are available in the market at their disposal. It helps to spread awareness about items that are of some use to consumer and potential buyers.
